DRIVING LICENSE & AGE :   For A,B,C,D,E type cars the renter should be over 22 and should have at least biennial foreign or domestic driving license.   PERIOD OF RENTING : It is at least one day. Special terms are given for long-term rentings.   PAYMENT PATTERN : Car rental charges are cashed with cash or credit card during outgoing cars. Our customers are supposed to bring copies of their driving license and passport with them at the airport deliveries. The car is checked and collected by Maryam Rent A Car staff on return.    TRAFFIC TICKET :   The traffic tickets belong to the renter. All the traffic tickets such as car's being retained because of driving drunk or driving without having driving license are paid by the renter.   PERIOD OF CIRCULATION OF THE INSURANCE : The car shouldn't be droven while the driver is affected by alcohol or drug and out of legal speed limits. Otherwise , we hold the driver responsible for the damage and the driver is responsible for paying a rental charge for the days during which the car is at the mechanic's.
